      If repeating the same tasks over and over with no change or challenge is your thing, this might suit you.

      • This was one of the most frustrating and draining experiences I have ever had. • Employees are not encouraged to think creatively or contribute new ideas at all. • The expectation is simply to copy existing work and repackage it as something new, which feels dishonest and deeply discouraging. • I regret not speaking to someone who had been through it beforehand, as it would have saved a lot of time and disappointment.
