I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at United Airlines (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2016
Interview
I applied online and received an email back from HR within 2 days for their On Demand video interview. They ask 6 questions. All of the questions people have posted on here are a GREAT study guide. Focus on your content, not so much your presentation. They know it's an unusual setting for an interview, they just want to make sure you have what it takes!

I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
