The process took 1 week. I interviewed at United Airlines
Interview
The whole process has been very fast, at least for me. I applied on 7 April and on 8 April I got an email to do the hirevue interview. This was unlike any video interview I have ever done because you're recording yourself answering questions. I submitted my interview on the 5th day and thought I bombed it. I was nervous and shaky the whole time, not to mention I was losing my train of thought and was rambling. I thought there was no way I would get the f2f interview. Less than 24 hours later I received an email inviting me to a f2f interview. I called and got my interview scheduled for 20 April in Houston. They are flying me out there the day before.
My advice is on the video interview is try to be calm and be yourself. Go over the practice questions until you feel comfortable. They aren't looking for perfect answers, they're looking at you and how you respond and your personality. Make sure you dress like you are doing an in person interview and do it in a professional setting.
I'll update this after I have my f2f interview and let you all know how that went and what to expect
I interviewed at United Airlines (Illinois City, IL)
Interview
I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
