I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines in Apr 2016
Interview
Upon submitting an application, I was asked to do a video interview consisting of 5 questions. The video interview is a recording of the questions, in which you have 30 seconds of prep before each question and 3 minutes to answer the question. Try to ensure that you have good lighting for the video so that you are seen. While it isn't necessarily easy to record yourself answering questions as opposed to answering questions asked from a person, I tried to treat the computer as if were I engaging a person, because ultimately, that is the purpose–to try to engage your audience. Reviewing other questions from this site was VERY helpful. A few days after I was invited to a face to face interview, which will be conducted this week. I will update this upon completing my final interview. Below, I included the questions asked during my video interview.

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
