There are multiple stages throughout the interview process. But the company stays very engaged with its applicant’s. Each invitation to the next stage feels like you are leveling up, that much closer to being legacy material.

Question 1
I want you to give me a specific example of a time when you had a team member who was unexpectedly absent or unavailable, and you had to provide additional support to cover their responsibilities.

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .

Did the assessment, completed some tax survey, submitted odvi, got invited to the virtual interview with recruiter Friday so hopefully I do well and forward with the f2f and ultimately end up with a cjo
