I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines

Applied online through my university. I then received an invitation to complete an online interview. The online interview consisted of roughly eight questions that I had to record myself answering. I heard back a few weeks later and did not advance past this round.
First round was HR screening. The second round was 2.5 hours. 60min resume review and technical questions + 30min presentation on project + 15 min behavioral interview + 30min case study. They never got back to me.

Had a phone screening, then a behavioral interview with several team members, and then a shorter interview with my two supervisors. Process was held up by poor planning but interview content was easy.

Was selected for an interview and the recruiter did not show up for the scheduled interview nor did they respond to my follow up afterwards. Extremely disappointing and incredibly unprofessional. I expected better than this when applying.
