I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Nov 2021
Interview
The entire process took four month. I applied in August and received a virtual interview in October. The virtual interview was great, I had an excellent women that conducted my interview and she was really personable. Then I was invited to the face to face in November. Altogether the face to face was great, I met some wonderful people. The interview was split into three portions. The community service portion ( written), the one on one interview, and the group interview. After everyone completed the portions a pervious flight attendant explains the job to us and the expectations. Interview lasted 4 hours exactly. Although I did not receive a job offer, I met some amazing individuals and I hope they received CJO’s. If you don’t receive an offer don’t get down or discouraged, there is something out there better for you. I realized that being a flight attendant was not the career for me.

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
