Interview
The video interview process was only about 15 minutes long. I used my iPhone to do the interview and I had to wear my AirPods because the interviewer couldn’t hear me clearly. The interviewer asked about 4-5 questions and they were all situational questions. I felt that my interviewer wasn’t personable. I also felt like she tried to rush the interview. Overall, I had an ok experience. I got the dreaded TBNT email two days after the VI.

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
