Question 1
Tell me a time you had to work with people you didn’t know and how it worked out
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2017
Interview
application filed: 12/04/2017
web on-demand interview: 12/09/2017
F2F interview: 12/15/2017
Job Offer: 12/22/2017
I applied online, the initial interview was recorded online via webcam. it was nerve-racking at first but the interview itself was relatively easy and allowed you to re-record your answers (questions verbatim below). The following Tuesday I received an email for a F2F interview invite, scheduled it for Friday via their website. the in person interview was in front of 3 people, it was tough, comprehensive and structured. The interview included both behavioral and technical questions, but I had a good feeling about how it went and sure enough, I received a congratulatory call along with a job offer exactly one week later.
NOTE: i am not including any of the In Person Interview questions because it's likely they use different combinations of questions, particularly the technical stuff...as far the behavioral questions, they're your standard run of the mill "what would you do..." "have you ever been in a situation..." etc.
