Interview
All candidates met in a lobby and were taken upstairs for an on -screen presentation and to meet recruiters. We were broken into groups of 9 per a table. While one group had an activity such as setting up a cart/working together, the other ones were writing postcards to sick children in local hospitals. Group activity included: set up a cart, answer 2 questions. 1. What to do if all coffee makers don't work and everyone wants coffee. 2. What if no, coffee, no blankets and everyone is cold.
After the group activity each candidate is taken by recruiter to a room to be interviewed F2F. They ask to pass a reach test for Boeing 777. If you don't pass, they say you'll get an email in 5-7 days. If pass, CJO and take you for fingerprints.

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
