There was a test in the beginning of the hiring process which I found interesting, then once you passed that, it determined if you where going to be invited for an interview. Also interesting, but very much appreciated.

Went on May 21, 2016 took a test to see would I pass it was a 5 question test pass the test with 1 wrong they were looking for 7 people the interview lady said that I had to wait to see if I get the 1:1 interview wait for a call or email I received the email and calk before I got home for a 1:1 interview had the interview the following Wednesday with a lead and storekeeper interview was 5 basic question that was easy and the next day I accepted the job offer.

Interview
For the storekeeper position I applied for it was a structured interview, where a panel interviews you. It normally consists of the talent acquisition manager and two other managers or supervisors. Basically they ask you questions and write down your responses to the questions which are basically like situational questions.
