I applied through other source. I interviewed at United Airlines (El Paso, TX) in Apr 2015
Interview
They asked 5 questions. Mostly what everyone is writing about. I didn't prepare at all thinking it wouldn't be that hard since I had just completed a video interview for Delta. Please whatever you do, prepare for it. Take your time and don't do the interview the next day it was sent to you. You have 5 days to complete it, take all the days you need to to get yourself ready for it. That is my advice for anyone reading this.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
