I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in June 2022
Interview
During the face to face interview I was put in a room with all the other candidates. We were shown a presentation of the company and the flight attendant position. At this point we were able to ask questions about the company and the position. Next, we were split into groups to do a group activity. The group activity was to set up a bar chart and we were asked a few scenario question. Next, we were instructed to wait until we are individually called to do our one-on-one interviews. The whole process was very laid back and did not feel like a interview.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
