I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at United Airlines (Overland, MO) in Oct 2022
Interview
After applying 4-5 times over five months, I finally received an automated text inquiry. Once complete I got a instant invite to a virtual interview. The questions I had about the Microsoft Teams they use for the virtual interview were never answered by the HR person. The first interviewer was a no show / no call. When I contacted the HR person they didn't reply immediately and their voice mail was full. When she did get back to me, it was to inform me the interviewer had "connection" issues. There was no apology for my time, only a second interview scheduled at an inconvenient time. When I asked to reschedule, she did so but told me it was going to be considered my third reschedule and all subsequent reschedule requests would be ignored. Second interview was today. Again I was in the lobby for the interview 15 min early. Ten minutes after the interview time I considered the interviewer again a no show. I sent screen shots of my being in the lobby to the HR person this time to avoid being accused of not being available. Half hour after the interview time and there has been no response from the interviewer or the HR Representative The entire process has been unprofessional to say the least.
