The process was fast , took about 3 weeks. First I applied online, after the schedule a interview, after they checked my 10 years background and after I did 2 days of orientation. I next day I start working.

Interview
Easy, the employer and I had common ground when it came to work ethic as well as attendance, he was very genuine and wanted to know what my opinion was about United and it's subsidiaries. He spoke very clearly about the attributes I had to offer to the company. Very smooth interview.
