I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA) in June 2015
Interview
I filled out an application. The next morning I had a digital interview. They flew me out a few days later. Super fast process. It was a fun experience however it seemed that they already knew what they were looking for. We were a group of 25 and out of that they hired one. I made new friends although that wasn't the goal. It's great idea to mingle and be friendly, it's amazing how many people pull out their phones (don't be one of those people) dress up, show up and be prepared. If you don't get the job don't be discouraged there is a better opportunity out there for you, trust me! Good luck

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
