I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Dec 2022
Interview
In the beginning they separated everyone with lanyards that had bases on them. Groups of 5. A recruiter came in, went over what we were going to do for the day, watched a safety video and then she said a recruiter would come to our table, explain how they live by the word “good” and have us go around and say how. Then we chatted with eachother, scanned bar codes, wrote cards to the childrens hospital. One by one they brought you to a room and had you read announcements and respond to situations and then you did a safety exam, the reach touch and seatbelt. Then they showed everyone the uniforms and the carts. Then everyone left and we’re told we’d get a call or email.

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
