Interview
I filled out a lengthy online application. I heard back a few days later with an email inviting me to do a video interview through a third party. The video portion gave you thirty seconds to read the question and then it automatically began recording your response. In total there were five or six questions. The questions had to do with past experiences and why do you want to be a flight attendant. The final question was "tell us anything else you want us to know". I was so nervous when I did this. I made sure I dressed professionally, had good lighting, was well groomed, good posture, and smiled a lot. I think it was obvious that I was nervous because at one point I stumbled over my words and my face turned bright red. Luckily, I got an email just a few days after that inviting me to an in person group interview in Houston, TX. I leave for my interview next week. I am so nervous and I am preparing as much as I know how. I've heard that only a small percentage of candidates from the group interviews get hired. All I can do is hope for the best and prepare as much as possible!

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
