I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in July 2015
Interview
After a video interview which was awkward, but doable after looking at the 6 or so questions on Glassdoor, I was invited to a Face to Face interview in Houston. I was very nervous, but the interviewers do a wonderful job of making you feel relaxed and calming your nerves. It was overall a great experience. I would say to dress to stand out just a bit. I wore a navy suit with a purple shirt and tie. I made it to the second interview but did not get the job on the spot. I am now waiting for my "Thanks But No Thanks." It was a great process, just make sure to practice a bit before the interview. Especially with a scenario which you will have to act out like you or speaking to a customer on a flight.

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
