Interview
Live video interview (30mins). This is the second interview after the first (self-recorded) video interview. Before the questions started the interviewer displayed an image of a human figure with several circled regions (face/neck, left hand and wrist, right hand and wrist), explained that no tattoos were allowed in these areas at all, and asked if I had any that violated this policy. After this the interviewer proceeded with the regular questions, asked if I was familiar with the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) method and requested all be answers be given in that format. Interviewer also indicated they may be actively typing my answers and asked that I not to be distracted by this, and to understand that they would nonetheless be actively listening.

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
