I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at United Airlines (Newark, NJ) in Aug 2015
Interview
The interview was an online interview using the computer camera at my office. I did it at my office, maybe that was nt helpful but I found talking to the video camera awkward. It did not show my personality, I tried but was long winded with answers. I would much rather have talked with someone. Sine this a personality employment opportunity I feel they answer video questions to the computer impersonal.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
