I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at United Airlines in Aug 2015
Interview
After submitting my application online, about 24 hours later, I was sent an automated email asking me to complete an online interview within five days. I prepared for the interview by looking at the previous interview questions that were posted here on Glassdoor. Once you are ready, you go on the interview access page. You get the chance to do practice questions, that will not be used against you, before beginning the actual interview. The interview only consisted of 6 questions. Once I was displayed the question, I had 30 seconds to think about my answer before the recording begun. For each question you had a total of 2 minutes to answer it.

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
