I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at United Airlines (Los Angeles, CA) in Sept 2021
Interview
Applied in August of 2021. Took a while to schedule a video interview after the assessment. I was asked General customer service questions, I know these interviewers are picky and looking past the answers. I made sure I appeared well groomed, good lighting and no background noise. I was extremely nervous of course. I thought I did a pretty good job, buuuutttt. It was a legit story- nothing crazy and i used my actual coworkers names (not like they'd meet them) and she was asking for the names of people in the story. It was weird, like she didnt believe something. I almost told her sge could easily verify! Lol. Toward the end I said how excited I was fir the opportunity and told ger I read it was only 7-10 days online to hear back and if that information was accurate. She told me not to worry about it and should definitely be hearing back the following day- Friday. Never was contacted, checked my email every 10 minutes for a few days. Nothing. Sent a few follow ups... nothing. 5 months later I receive a 'thanks but no thanks' email. I was thinking maybe something wasn't right. I was usually pretty good at interviews. But it's okay. I got the Airline I never dreamed I'd get!

I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA)

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
