Interview
Applied online. A few days later I received the invite to the video interview and completed that within a few days. It's really not that hard, just a little awkward. When in doubt, SMILE! I didn't feel that confident about my video interview but they still invited me to the f2f in Houston nonetheless. I got to Houston the night before my interview. My interview began at 8:30 a.m. and I got there very early. I sat in the room waiting for a while and chatting with the other applicants. We handed in our resumes and the informational/Q&A portion began around 8:15. Immediately after that was over they began calling back names for the one on one. I was in the first round, to my surprise. The lady I interviewed with was nice. You will interview in a cubicle. I spoke with her for about 5-10 minutes (it went by very quickly) and then she said we'd like you to stay for a few more questions and please be discreet because not everyone will be staying. She sent me into a small room closed off by a curtain with a couple other applicants. BEWARE: not everyone who made it to this second part got the CJO. It all happened so quickly! I was in there for a few minutes and then sent in to speak with two people in an office. They were super nice and I loved speaking with them! They only asked me a few, super easy questions, and then extended me the CJO. After that I filled out some paperwork and then was sent to the clinic to do my drug test, eye test, and hearing test. Then flew home after that. I was done around 12:30. To my knowledge, there were 6 (out of about 25-30) of us who received the CJO (including myself). But like I said, I was in the first batch, so there could have been more. A lot of people got told they would receive an e-mail letting them know. Not sure if all of them will get a TBNT or if some will actually get a CJO.

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
