The application process involved recording yourself answering all interview questions. When you get a call back, you have to fill out a survey to ensure you are worth the interview. The in person interview lasted about an hour and a half, though we enjoyed great conversation. I was asked a series of questions based on case scenarios that were difficult to respond to on the spot, but it seemed like they wanted to see how quickly you could react in the moment and how you would do it. A pretty involved process but they were very candid about everything and easy to talk to. Very welcoming.
