Interview
On January 2nd, I applied online for the Flight Attendant Position. On January 4th, I received an e-mail advising me that my application had been forwarded to "Inflight Services Recruiting" and should hear back regarding their decision. The next day, January 5th, I received another e-mail advising me that I have 5 days to complete the HireVue Video Interview and failure to meet deadline means disqualification from the process and you cannot be reconsidered for one year. The HVI consisted of 6 questions, a few I listed below, that all gave you 30 seconds to prepare for and 3 minutes to record, so make sure you can think on your feet! I just took the HireVue interview and saying I was nervous is an understatement. It's not easy to talk to a camera so be prepared. Now the waiting game begins to see if I receive a face to face. If I can say this to future applicants...READ THE REVIEWS! They will help you in the end. If I hear back, I'll make sure to add how the rest of the process goes. Fingers crossed!

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
