One of the worst interviewers I have had: the reddit/glassdoor bad reviews are true--United recruiters, or at least the one I had, are not personable, do not make much effort, and spend the entire interview looking and typing away at their computer. She introduced herself and then jumped into STAR; didn't even ask 'Why United?,' "Why (this role),' 'Tell me about yourself,' etc. Uncomfortable interview, seemed like I only had half of her attention, she wanted me to directly state what the S, T, A, R of my experience was instead of listening for it in my answer, to make her report easier, I'm assuming. I'd assume United would want to hire personable people as Flight Attendants, but it seems like they only aim to hire robots. Maybe it's just the recruiter I had, maybe it's company policy, but the hiring practices for inflight at United need to be fixed.
