I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
My interview took about 2 weeks in total. Very quick!! I did my application and assessment and then the next day I was invited to do a video interview. Which was a Friday. Saturday night I did my interview and then I didn't hear back until Monday inviting me for my f2f. I called and scheduled my interview for March 4. And they flew me out the day before.
The interview site is at the airport. And I got there with ample time. My interview was at 830. But the recruiters there were ready at 820!!!
You start off with a quick introduction and then they have you do a 1:1 with a recruiter and then if they want to get to know you more, they have you go into another room and then do a 2:1 with senior recruiters. My 1:1 recruiter and 2:1 recruiters were so nice and so personable and made you feel so comfortable and at ease. No exaggeration. They definitely do though wanna make sure you're a GREAT fit for this job! The crazy part was that I studied as many possible questions from glass door and they asked me only 1, they just switched the wording around.
During my 2:1 after they asked me a little bit more questions about customer service, they had me step out the room for a couple of minutes and brought me back in and said they were excited to offer me the position!! I was so excited!!!!
Afterwards, I had to take a drug test at a medical office and the airport and then I went home.
Overall my experience was great. So even if they didn't offer me the job, I would still feel like this was the best most professional interview I've ever had.
Oooo and I started at 830 and was done with everything around 12/1230.
Can't wait to be apart of the United team!!!!

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
