I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (Newark, NJ) in Mar 2016
Interview
I applied online and a couple of days later was invited to complete an online interview through HireVu. It can be intimidating to talk to a screen instead of a person, but if you use the app's practice opportunities, it will definitely help with nerves.
The in-person interview was actually less intimidating, in my opinion- all of the employees that I talked to were very friendly!

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
