Interview
The entire hiring process usually takes about three months to complete. As a first step you need to qualify for an assessment exercise. Having done well at assessment exercise you are shortlisted for a competency based interview. I appeared for interview via Skype. It was a pleasantly conducted interview with no unexpected question.
