I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at United Nations (Geneva) in June 2017
Interview
I e-mailed the team leader of the team that I would like to join, with whom I have already had prior contact on collaborating on a project. I expressed my interest in joining the team. He was very happy to consider my application. During the interview, he asked me basic questions about my background, and the projects that I would be excited to get involved in.
