There is an interview via phone call, and then there is a test for basic Excel skills with a time of 60 minutes. The test is done on personal computer.

Question 1
In phone call interview, they will first explain the projects they are on, and the skill sets they expect from the interviewee. Then they will go through the resume, and ask behavioral questions.
The Excel test is for basic skills using formulas, sorting and filters, and pivot tables.

Interview
The interview was half general questions (what is your experience, why do you want this internship, what are you most excited about, etc.) and half performance evaluation with a written task. Language proficiency was not tested. They asked some DEI-related questions, but it was for a DEI-related role, so not sure how standard these are.
