There is no such hiring process directly they took face to face interview. During the interview initially they asked to self introduce then about family background and all after that they why are you interested to work with us at this position and finally asked few technical questions which were very basic. Don't join this company if there is any health issues because during the manufacturing or quality control in process there will too bad smell of burnt rubber which is not acceptable for everyone and may feel dizzy and vomitting may occur so health conscious people avoid this company.
