Unity Trust Bank Unity Trust Bank interview questions

Telephone interview followed by in person interview. The overall set-up of this bank is strange and doesn't feel 'right'. Irrelevant questions, past experience not asked or enquired about. Interview questions are best suited to school leavers rather than professionals. Interviewers were tired, showed little motivation and did 'sell' the bank very well. Overall a very strange experience that didn't feel professional.
