I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Universal Orlando Resort (Orlando, FL) in Apr 2011
Interview
First off I had a 1:1 interview with a HR coordinator who asked me the basics questions you would expect for a customer service based job. She was up front about the job challenges - getting yelled at frequently, essentially - which I appreciated. The second interview was a panel interview with 5 other people - they basically want to check you are comfortable speaking in front of others. Similar questions to round 1, and some scenarios are thrown at you - they want to check your judgement. Overall a very pleasant experience and I knew I would enjoy working for the company (I was right) - I found the whole thing easy, but as it's my first job in the US and I took a 60% pay cut, I really should have done...

Very efficient and to the point. Preliminary questions are straight forward and show whether or not you are qualified for the position. The preliminary interview was with a member of the staffing department, and the second and final interview was a panel interview in front of Supervisors for that field.
