The interview process typically involves multiple stages, starting with an initial screening of applications and resumes. Candidate may then proceed to a panel interview with supervisor, where they can expect questions about their experience, and how they would handle various counseling scenarios in a school/university environment. Behavioral and situational questions, along with assessment exercises like case studies or role-playing, assess problem-solving skills and the ability to provide guidance to students.

It's pretty fun and such a wonderful experience, they digged up about our knowledge and our capability to work with them and handle difficulties. Lecturers are kind and helpful, I don't feel afraid during interview process
