I applied online. I interviewed at University College London
Interview
I was called for an interview for a postdoctoral research associate position. Before and after the interview I was also given work to do as part of the assessment. Needless to say, it was very time-consuming. Despite this, I was completely ghosted after the interview. After I submitted the additional work after the interview I never heard back. Months later and still no response. Follow up, and no response. This is completely unacceptable and disrespectful. I understand that academics are busy people but how hard is it to inform a candidate that their application has been unsuccessful, especially after going through the entire interview process?
I interviewed at University College London (London, England)
Interview
Sent in a covering letter and CV - received no feedback but a rejection within two weeks of applying. Felt that it was an unfair interview process since they do not provide any reasons for rejection
