Online video taken, be as upbeat and bubbly as possible. Seem personable and don't mumble. After that you have an in person interview. Pretty basic questions. Again most important thing is to be energetic and enthusiastic

Interview
I came in for an interview. The interview was pretty simple asked basic questions surrounding my background, previous jobs, and school schedule. I was offered the job on spot. The two managers were nice. I had a phone interview at first and then after the assistant manager interviewed me I interviewed with the main manager.
