I completed a phone interview before being invited into the office for an interview day. During the "interview day" I gave a presentation on a single aspect of the University of Chicago college experience, had an interview with the Executive Director of Admissions Outreach, and my final interview was with the Dean of Admissions and his Chief of Staff. Overall it was a positive experience. Two days after my interview I received a call offering me the job. I was told prior to my interview that the Dean likes people with a lot of energy so if you possess that personality trait that's a plus.
