Panel interview conducted via Zoom. Committee consisted of three interviewers. including the hiring manager. Since this was a communications role, I was asked about my overall writing and research capabilities, social media experience, interpersonal skills with a variety of stakeholders such as academicians, students, staff and administration, the ability to work both independently as well as part of a team, time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines while handling multiple projects and the ability to structure content for a range of written material.
