University of Delaware interview questions

Panel interview conducted via Zoom. Committee consisted of three interviewers. including the hiring manager. Since this was a communications role, I was asked about my overall writing and research capabilities, social media experience, interpersonal skills with a variety of stakeholders such as academicians, students, staff and administration, the ability to work both independently as well as part of a team, time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines while handling multiple projects and the ability to structure content for a range of written material.

Easy and relatively quick response on the final outcomes. Pleasant experience overall. Asked about future plans and other standard interview questions that are manageable. Just be prepared to negotiate salary
