I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at University of Phoenix (Nashville, TN) in July 2011
Interview
My resume was given to a manager directly. She called, I interviewed with her and then the campus director. I was asked to call manager phone that night and leave a message as if I were speaking to a student who didn't show up for an appointment. The next day I received an offer. There was an immediate background check which I passed. One week later I was on an airplane en route to training.

I was Interviewed In A Room One On One By A Current Employee. It Was A Fairly Standard Face To Face Interview. I Did Not Feel Intimidated And It Was More Conversational.

Interview
I interviewed with 3 managers from there. It was very short. It was my first interview out of college. I wasn't sure how they felt because I don't feel like a lot of real interview questions were asked. Sometimes it's nice to just have a 'conversation' type interview, but you also want SOME relevant questions asked so that you can both get a feel for a good fit.

Interview
Interview was very smooth if it's through corporate and not the temp agency. Only had one interview with 3 people who worked there; the manager and two other enrollment counselors who were all very nice.
