I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at University of Phoenix (Tempe, AZ) in June 2011
Interview
Mock Phone Interview Role Play. And online game to show your ability to multitask with a desk job. Phone Interview, mostly to ask a few questions and set up in person appointment. Then a one on one that in my case turned into a group panel in which I was asked questions relating to phone jobs. Then a call back with a job offer followed by 2 months of training.
Very nice managers really helped me through the process with multiple interviews and an offer. I wish the salary were higher but the raises seem good. I’m a little worried it’s a sales environment but I’m excited to help people get in school!

Quick phone call interview then in person interview with a panel group that consisted of 3 people. Overall, interview went well and we're very respectful. Asked some generic interview questions
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at University of Phoenix in Aug 2022
Interview
Terrible. The managers didn't look at my resume, and when they did they saw I was recently a cashier and told me "This job is harder than that." If they looked further, they would've seen my history working in medical facilities as a care coordinator. They were cold, made me feel terrible - and I've been ghosted for another job I interviewed for.
