I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at University of Phoenix (Dallas, TX) in July 2014
Interview
The interviewer was very nice and personable -- he eventually became my manager, and I generally liked working for him. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. However, they were not very honest about what the job actually entailed.

Interview
I met with two of the hiring managers and followed the STAR method style of interviewing as best as possible. Unfortunately the enrollment manager already seemed like she did not want to be there and led the interview with a poor tone. If this is how the mood is in the hiring process then I rather not get into this company. If we are answering behavioral questions then what is the point in taking a personality test beforehand? I already have experience with higher education and wanted to show case those skills but the questions literally sound like generic "Tell me about a time" prompts I did in middle school.

Interview
Started with a Phone interview, then a zoom interview with two managers, and I was then sent an offer letter. Training began a month later. Overall the experience was good and I appreciated interviewing with managers 1-1 and not in a group setting with other interviewees.
