I applied online. I interviewed at University of Phoenix (Vail, AZ)
Interview
I received emails to prepare me for the interview. I knew what to expect regarding the start date, schedule, and responsibilities of the role. The position is remote and I connected on Microsoft teams for the interview with 2 managers. My video wasn't working properly; however, I was allowed to continue the interview process. I was asked questions related to prior work experience and role played coaching as expected. I was given opportunity to ask questions at the end of my interview. It was a pleasant experience interviewing with University of Phoenix.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at University of Phoenix (Oregon City, OR) in July 2025
Interview
My interview was very pleasant. I spoke with Jeremy and Leo, the two hiring managers. Nice. Courteous. Professional. They explained the role thoroughly and answered all my questions. They do expect you to read the items they send, and to explain your interview answers. Be prepared to evaluate your responses. The mock interview was one of my favorite parts as Jeremy role played as a student and it was natural and fun.
