very straight forward and based on practical experience. You are required to identify your strength in past projects and what you would do differently if given the chance. You are also required to have an understanding of the present research, although not much is needed.

I had 3 rounds of interviews: one skills test and two technical interviews. They also ask for sample code, but we didn't discuss my code during the technical interviews. The skills tests take 24-48 hours and are relatively challenging.
