I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Unload My Home (New York, NY) in Oct 2025
Interview
The sales interview process feels more like a gamified elimination round than a traditional hiring experience. which is a mistreatment and shows how professional this company is rather than just selecting their candidates profile.
You’ll face group exercises, role-plays, and all the classic “tell me about a time when…” questions — it’s intense, and they’re clearly looking for the perfect mix of charisma, hustle, and polish.
What really made me pause was the disconnect between what they’re looking for and what they’re offering. They seem to want superstar-level talent — the kind of person who could close million-dollar deals in their sleep — but the compensation? Think $1–2k range, which feels more like a dream than a reality. Add to that some inconsistencies between the posted salary and what’s listed in their “brochure,” and it starts to feel a bit off.
All in all, I wouldn’t tell anyone not to apply, but definitely go in clear-eyed. It’s not that the opportunity is bad — just make sure the math and the expectations line up before you invest too much energy.
I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Unload My Home (Jacksonville, FL) in July 2025
Interview
It was a unique way of doing an interview. It consists of different levels of questions to answer, but like in a pop quiz game, which is kind of entertaining and mostly challenging. I was with other aspiring candidates when we started the interview. It's the part of you that you need to showcase your previous experience in understanding sales, and how you can manage to apply it to different scenarios. They will let you know if you pass or not at each level, which is better than waiting for nothing. It was a great experience overall.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Unload My Home in Sept 2024
Interview
I had to take a test that assessed my work profile, then take a one-way interview where I spoke about my abilities related to the job. Then I went through a first round interview where they assessed my abilities to take notes of a conversation, then a second round interview with my future team leader where he assessed my ability to take notes in a specified format and asked for my references. Then I received an offer call, accepted and was hired.
