The interview process was really transparent, and I got detailed feedback and data regarding how well I performed across each stage. I was really impressed by this, and it made it easy to understand how I had done through the process. Also I was given lots of opportunities to get to know people in the team through quick 'get to know you' sessions, so got a really good sense of the people involved.
