Unscript.ai interview questions

I was approached by the HR for the job and had a great initial interview with the founder. The only issue was my notice period. The company asked me to wait for their offer before discussing it with my current employer. After a canceled final interview and several follow-ups, I was suddenly told they were hiring someone else due to the notice period. I feel this is unfair since I had agreed to address the notice period if offered the job. The company lacked transparency, and the HR was unresponsive.
