Upbound Group interview questions

They contacted me through email to schedule an interview. The first interview was with HR, and the second interview was with the hiring managers on the specific team. They contacted me a month after asking for a Zoom call and offered the position. The entire process took a couple of months to complete.

My process was two rounds and consisted of a mix of behavioral and technical questions. Technical questions were mostly informational, where I had to describe scenarios in which I have used my technical skills.
